Yeah, the car story is a sad one. Amazingly, my insurance company was extraordinarily friendly during all of this. I have NEVER had a good experience with insurance until this. Ever. I'm sure it would have been different if the car wasn't totaled, but they couldn't really bicker about who pays what when there was nothing to fix. (sigh) I miss my car.
Wow! That is nice that your insurance company has been good to you, that is a rare thing! I am so sorry you miss your car.... we too had a very nice car destroyed by a careless driver. It was the car we drove to the grand canyon in, where Mr. Lavender proposed marriage on the edge of the canyon. That little car was a part of our history. XO
